| The Meeting-Cube
The Meeting-Cube helps you to conduct a goal-oriented meeting, to sensitize the participants for their time management and to stick to the respective scheduled time and cost frame. Four big displays show:
- what time it is,
- how long the meeting should go on and how long it has already been going on
- the running costs incurred by the attendance of the meeting participants.
Place the Meeting-Cube in the middle of the meeting table. You and your dialog partners will be surprised “how fast time goes by” and what costs are incurred. You will quickly realize that nowadays nobody can actually afford never-ending meetings anymore, needless discussions or meetings with no results …
So the Meeting-Cube will already pay off after the first longer and but now efficient meeting.
Using the Meeting-Cube:
The Meeting-Cube is a high-tech device that is easy to use: Just before you start your meeting set following parameters via the control panel on the upper shell:
- Number of meeting participants,
- personnel costs per person and hour as well as
- scheduled meeting duration.
At the beginning of the meeting press the start button of the Meeting-Cube – from now on time is running ...
Of course you can stop the time if the meeting must be interrupted, or you can increase or reduce the number of persons during the meeting if need be. If you want to log the total personnel costs for several meetings on the same topic, merely input the amount of the last meeting as start value.
Calculating the personnel costs:
We recommend an average value of 50.-- EUR/participant per hour. However, if you want a more precise calculation here some non-binding guide values:
